KING KEV
Reliving Kevin De Bruyne's magical City days
Kevin De Bruyne decided to call time on his time in the Premier League and at Manchester City at the end of the 24/25 campaign. KDB as a player is as complete as they come. De Bruyne was a serial winner for City, clinching every cup competition there was to win. De Bruyne is the heartbeat of Pep’s dynasty, the man who turned City from contenders into perennial champions.
Whether he played at central or attacking midfield, KDB was masterful. His vision, passing range, shooting, leadership, and work rate made him the maestro he was. De Bruyne’s signature move was his driven whipped cross that was near impossible to defend. As a player, Kevin was a hybrid of Steven Gerrard and Xavi, combining power and control to perfection.
This post aims to show love to his creativity, vision, and passing. KDB was a passing genius who could execute any pass: long diagonals, disguised through balls, and cutbacks with surgical precision. One memorable pass for me was the one against Stoke City to Leroy Sane in City’s centurion season. Here’s a video of some of KDB’s best assists for Manchester City.
KDB will now practice his trade in the Italian league for Napoli, but one thing’s for sure, the Premier League will miss him. A legend in all his glory.

Wooow, what a show of excellence and skill from KDB.... It can't get better than this!
His supply of the ball especially to Earing Halaand is perfect. He has been extremely good and lethal to any opposing side.
